Our residential management services include single and multi-family homes, condominiums and apartment buildings. Commercial buildings include office, retail and medical buildings. We are a full-service property manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as rent collection, maintenance coordination and financial reporting. We also offer discounts for multi-property portfolios.
In addition, our full-service brokerage extends to helping clients purchase investment properties or list and sell their current properties. As owner and President of PMI First Choice, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the world of property management. After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona as a Construction Engineer, I became a General Contractor and spent several years building and remodeling homes. In 2012 I acquired my Real Estate license. With hundreds of homes sold since, and with my comprehensive knowledge of construction, I can meticulously evaluate properties, pinpointing areas that require attention and recognize the inherent advantages and distinctive features each home offers. I am passionate about leveraging my construction and real estate sales background to benefit property owners by optimizing their investments, ensuring their assets are both lucrative and well maintained. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, going to the gym, comedy shows, music concerts, listening to audiobooks and spending time with family.
After graduating from Cal State San Bernardino with a degree in Psychology, I acquired my real estate license and became a Real Estate Sales Agent. Today, after 17 years, in addition to being a full-service broker, as owner and Broker of PMI First Choice, I'm dedicated to providing top-notch management services. While my husband Marcos, with his background in construction and field expertise, ensures the physical aspects are well taken care of, I handle the administrative and customer care aspects. This involves everything from day-to-day clerical duties, to ensuring that every client receives the highest level of attention and communication. My commitment remains steadfast in ensuring that our clients, whether property owners, buyers or tenants, experience nothing short of excellence in every interaction. When I am not helping clients, my passions are spending quality time with my family, traveling, reading books and watching movies.
